Licensed in real estate since 1996, Bernard built his experience in the South Florida market before returning home to St. Thomas and joining RE/MAX USVI. His background gives him a unique perspective, combining extensive real estate experience with firsthand knowledge of island living and the local community.
Bernard works with buyers, sellers, investors, and those relocating to the Virgin Islands, with a particular interest in luxury homes and investment properties.
